Verified technical baseline
Available documentation supports 2.413 MWp DC and an indicated 2.0 MWac export limit. P90 and final engineering remain conditions precedent.
Documented with caveatsIndependent Brazilian solar opportunities · private presentation
UFV Brasília/DF is part of a four-opportunity investment list. Investors may also assess two standalone Goiás plants and UFV Saia Velha, a 7 MWp asset in the final construction phase. Each investment has its own structure and approval.
Brasília investment architecture
The Brasília case uses its own project SPV, milestone-based capital calls, independent technical verification and contractual accountability. No asset, cash flow or collateral is shared with another opportunity.

Documented with caveatsFor Brasília, BDF Construtora is the proposed EPC contractor. Its 15% markup on eligible direct costs is included within the R$12.5m target CAPEX. Planalto's role is separately contracted.
Final terms pendingLand, electrical interfaces, controls and protection will be assessed for future storage. BESS is excluded from current CAPEX and requires separately approved capital.
Separate investment caseIndependent investment list
Four opportunities assembled to make investor selection easier. Each plant has its own structure, contracts, financing, revenues and investment approval.
An advanced-stage asset offering investors an entry opportunity close to construction completion.

Brasília regulatory framework
The Brasília case is intended for Brazil’s Electricity Compensation System — SCEE — rather than the free energy market. Goiás assets require their own implementation evidence.
The local distributor measures injected energy and allocates credits to eligible participant units. The structure does not involve a CCEE-settled PPA or the sale of SCEE credits.
The Brasília, Goiás I and Goiás II opinions confirm GD I treatment. Grid connection, energisation, first injection, operation and continued compliance remain separate evidence items for each plant.
The definitive instrument will govern consortium participation, allocation and documented cost sharing. R$0.60/kWh remains an internal economic reference, not a credit-sale price.
Brasília economics only
The interactive model applies only to UFV Brasília. Sponsor percentages are internal sensitivities, not billing formulas. No Goiás or Saia Velha economic value is included.
